Rentals Terms and conditions

Welcome to Rentals. Jolly Apps as known as ASWANI K C built the Rentals app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our application (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store, and the services provided through the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4.2 Rentals

When you rent an item through the App, you agree to the terms specified in the rental agreement provided by the item owner. You are responsible for returning the item in the same condition as when you received it, except for normal wear and tear.

4.3 Payments

All payments for rentals will be processed through our third-party payment provider. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your rental transactions.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

5.2 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to use any intellectual property rights without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of India, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
