Rentals Refund Policy

Jolly Apps as known as ASWANI K C built the Rentals app. We strive to provide a seamless rental experience, but we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. - The rented item was not as described or was defective.
- The rental transaction was cancelled by the item owner.
- The item was not delivered or made available as agreed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must submit a refund request within 1 days of the rental start date.
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, supported by appropriate evidence (e.g., photos, communication with the item owner).
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 Submitting a Request
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team through the App or via email at kvjgroupcherai@gmail.com.
- Provide your rental transaction details, including the order number, rental start date, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Attach any relevant evidence to support your request.
3.2 Review and Decision
Our customer support team will review your refund request and the provided evidence. We may also contact the item owner for additional information. You will receive a decision on your refund request within 5 business days if it is approved.
3.3 Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 4 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The rental period has ended and you have used the item without reporting any issues.
- You changed your mind about the rental after the rental start date.
- The item was damaged or lost while in your possession due to negligence or misuse.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item was partially usable or if only part of the rental period was affected. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the case.
